ADFSS2FSS Coonhound Registration Application
This form is used to apply for AKC registration of your coonhound (except
Plotts *see below) coming in from another registry. You will need to attach a
copy of your dog's 3 generation pedigree.

This form is used to register Plotts coming in from another registry. You
will need to attach a copy of your dog's 3 generation pedigree and certificate.

GEKCH2AKC Club Application Packet
This packet is used for clubs that would like to become AKC Licensed so
that they may hold AKC Coonhound Events. These items can be found on the Club information
page.

This is used by clubs that already know all the dates they would like
for the year, provided no officers or clubhouse info has changed. If
it has we need to know what those changes are so our records remain
current.
AXFSS1FSS Supplement Transfer Form
This form is used when a dog has been transfered more than once after the
last known recorded owner. This is needed to prove chain of title on the dog.
Grandfather Judging Appication
This form is for individuals who are already judges with PKC or UKC and would like to be grandfathered in as an AKC Show Judge or Hunt Director.
