Schedule of Advertising Deadlines for American Cooner Magazine
Please refer to this schedule when planning your club’s events dates. Event applications must be received by the deadline in order to be published. All approved dates must be published in American Cooner Magazine or on our website.

Yearly Express Application
This is used by clubs to book hunt events. Dates and event details can be called in over the phone as well. Tel: 1-888-4DOGHUNT or (1-888-364-4868). Dates must be submitted at least 2 months in advance to allow for advertising.

Grandfather Judging Application
This form is for individuals who are already judges with PKC or UKC and would like to be grandfathered in as an AKC Show Judge or Hunt Director.

ADOPEN Open Registration Form
This form is used to register all coonhounds coming in from another
registry. You will need to attach a copy of your dog's 3 generation pedigree and
certificate. Black and Tans are required to have UKC Purple Ribbon Pedigrees. No photo's are required.

This form is used to register litters. If you would like to complete

AXFSS1 FSS Supplement Transfer Form
This form is used when a dog has been transfered more than once after the
last known recorded owner. This is needed to prove chain of title on the dog.

ADCG01 Dog Name Change Form
This form is used when your dog has already been AKC
registered and you would like to request the name change. Please read form for name change request requirements.
